It’s been open since August, but you can get a first-hand look at the new Delaware Elementary School in Springfield Thursday.

The district is holding a ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m. at 1505 south Delaware.

Following the ceremony, you’ll be able to tour the school in small groups.

Face coverings are required.

The school was paid for through the voter-approved Proposition S debt-service levy increase in April, 2019.
