No charges will be filed against the driver of a semi-truck who hit and killed a pedestrian Tuesday in Hollister.
Hollister Police say the victim was Joey Horn from Mountain Home, Arkansas.
The crash happened on Highway 65.
Police say Horn entered the road from the median and left the semi-truck driver with little or no time to react.
