The Springfield-Greene County Health Director says 44 students at Missouri State have tested positive for COVID-19.
Director Clay Goddard says more testing is being done.
He made the announcement during a press conference Friday on the coronavirus pandemic.

Health officials are still trying to track down everyone who had close contact with the students.
Almost 300 tests have been done since last Friday.
