A legal request to stop the Springfield Public School district from proceeding with their school re-entry plan has been denied.
A federal judge denied the request as a part of a lawsuit against the school district on Friday.
The lawsuit was filed by Attorney Kristi Fulnecky on behalf of three clients. The suit argued the school was violating their constitutional and federal rights.
