Several McDonald’s in the Springfield and Republic area are holding a Priebe Family Night Tuesday.
Proceeds from sales will go towards assisting medical and travel expenses for Springfield Police Officer Mark Priebe and his family.
Police charged Jon Routh with running over Officer Priebe with his SUV outside of Springfield Police Headquarters on June 9.
In a statement, Mark’s wife Heather Priebe said, “We are truly blessed to live in the Ozarks where neighbors and friends are like family. The overwhelming response and support, worldwide, is what keeps us going. We can’t thank the community enough for what they are doing. Mark is improving each day and looks forward to making progress in his new rehab facility.”
Last week, Officer Priebe was transported to a facility in Colorado.
