Walmart Shells Out $4.15 Million in Bonuses to Missouri Associates Amid Pandemic

Walmart is ensuring employees have the support they need while serving the public with food, medicine and other essential items we need during this time.

Missouri stores distributed cash bonuses in employee paychecks today totaling $4.15 million.

Arkansas Walmart workers also received bonuses, adding up to $4.25 million statewide.

Nationwide, Walmart gave associates $180 million in bonuses today alone.

The company has now committed nearly $550 million to bonuses for men and women serving on the frontlines of these unprecedented times.

Walmart also made the announcement today that it reached its goal of hiring an additional 200,000 employees across the US.

Almost a quarter million Americans have been provided with Walmart jobs in less than six weeks.
