Protests against the stay-at-home orders are happening today in Springfield and Jefferson City, demanding city and state leaders relax restrictions on those orders, ‘re-opening’ the city and state.
In Springfield, a protest is scheduled for noon to 1 p.m. at Park Central Square ending with a march or drive to City Hall.
Up at the state’s capital, a protest is scheduled today in Jefferson City.
The protest will be many people in their cars, driving past the Missouri State Capitol, honking horns plus waving signs.
Governor Parson’s stay-at-home order is set to expire May 4.
