Highway Patrol Identifies Driver Killed In Crash Near Fordland

The Highway Patrol has released the name of the driver who was killed in a head-on crash on Highway 60 in Fordland.

Troopers say Frank King from Gladstone was driving his car the wrong way in the eastbound lanes when he hit a pickup.

He was 64.

Four people in the truck suffered minor injuries.

A Highway Patrol spokesperson confirms to KTTS News a two vehicle head-on crash Tuesday morning has left one dead in one vehicle and four others hurt.

The Highway Patrol says they do not have any names or ages at this time but that information will be available when a crash report is entered into the Highway Patrol  Crash Report database.

The Highway Patrol is still at the scene along eastbound Highway 60 and Double-P at this time while a crash team is expected to a reconstruction.
