Springfield Leaders say recent isolation and stay-at-home measures are improving conditions during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Police Chief Paul Williams tweeted out a photo on Tuesday showing actual cases lower than projected cases. Springfield-Greene County Health Director Clay Goddard says the graph is a reason for cautious optimism.
The red line is one measure estimate based on our first few cases’ growth. That’s what we expect we would have seen without our community’s strong efforts around containment, mitigation & testing. I’m cautiously optimistic—but I agree with Chief, keep it up! https://t.co/jQ8TZOP7Wx
