Branson Police Department Offering Online Records Request

To cut back on social interaction, the Branson Police Department has announced they’re fofering an easy and convenient way to request police records online.

Almost all records requests can be done electronically and making a trip to the police station will no longer be necessary.

Here’s how it works:

  • Starting April 6, 2020, you can visit the BPD website
  • Click on “Records Request” at the bottom of the page
  • Log in or “register” if it’s your first time
  • Create the request, pay any related fees for the records to receive them through a secure portal

This new feature is in addition to the “Report a Crime/Accident” feature that the BPD rolled out last week.

This ability allows citizens to report certain incidents online.

Not only will these changes assist our community with avoiding personal contact during the COVID-19 crisis, but they will continue to enable more efficiency for our community and visitors once the pandemic has passed.
