One man is dead, another is in custody after a shooting in Bolivar.
Police found a man dead at a home this morning in the 200 block of West Buffalo Road.
35-year-old Joshua Shawn Phillips was from Bolivar.
Police arrested a suspect a few hours later.

Police in Bolivar are investigating the shooting death of a man this morning.
Officers responded to a home Monday around 5:30 a.m. to the 200 block of West Buffalo Road after receiving a call of shots fired.
When police arrived, they found a man dead on the floor of the home.
His identity has not been released
Investigators say the shooting suspect is at-large. He’s described as a Hispanic male with a mustache, beard and the No. 13 tattooed on his face. Investigators do not know a name.
