Many folks in northern Arkansas are cleaning up after storms damaged homes and knocked down power lines in Boone and Marion Counties Thursday evening.
One home was destroyed in Bruno, and the Bruno-Pyatt school was damaged.
Entergy Arkansas reports more than 1,600 outages at the peak of the storm in Marion County.
One person went to the hospital with minor injuries in Boone County, where several homes were hit in the Valley Springs area.
In Baxter County, trees are down with power outages.
The National Weather Service issued several tornado warnings for the state Thursday night.
