A Springfield man has been sentenced to life in jail after raping of a Central High School student in 2018.
The victim said her attacker looked at her ID and authorities say Graham searched Facebook for a combination of the victim’s first name and street just 20 minutes after she had called 911.
In the bench trial, the victim took the stand and said she knew Graham was the man who attacked her when she heard him speak, although she couldn’t pick out his photo.
Joshua Graham is a registered sex offender but he was taken off GPS tracking a few weeks prior to the attack.
The crime took place in a pedestrian tunnel near Commercial and Washington Street, an area frequently visited by Graham.
