The Missouri State Highway says man and woman from Fair Grove have died after a head-on crash Thursday morning, south of Camdenton.
John Slaven, 50 and Cheryl Barton, 49, were killed in the crash.
Troopers say the driver of a pickup crossed the center line of Highway 5 and hit another pickup.
The driver who caused the crash suffered moderate injuries and is being treated.
