UPDATE: Springfield Police say a missing woman has been found safe and is at a local hospital.
The Highway Patrol says Saramae Doiron was found in Strafford.

Police are looking for a missing woman who may be headed from Elkland to Springfield.
Saramae C. Doiron, 73, is homeless and lives out of her car.
She suffers from various medical conditions and may need medical help.
She was last seen driving a 2015 gray Nissan Versa with Tennessee plates.
