Missouri’s minimum wage goes up to $9.45 an hour next month.
Proposition B raises the state’s minimum wage by 85 cents a year through 2023 until it hits $12 an hour.
Employers must pay tipped employees at least half of the minimum wage, plus any amount needed to bring their pay up to $9.45 an hour.
Voters approved Proposition B in 2018.
