Branson Schools have elected to make several improvements to the safety of their Cedar Ridge campus.
New bus lanes and crosswalks have been added, as well as a new parking system that will be closed off to outside traffic during pick-up and drop-off hours.
The Director of Operations says that the whole system provides much need space. Kids can now only use two crosswalks between buildings, keeping them out of potential traffic.
The changes cost around 1.6 million dollars and were designed to facilitate a more organized pick-up and drop-off system.
