For the second time this week, at least part of Franciscan Villa on west Scott in Springfield was evacuated Friday morning.
Police were called to the apartments around 5:15 a.m. Friday to check on the well being of someone.
Now we’re getting word that someone pulled the fire alarm and there was no emergency.
On Wednesday, the west side of the building was evacuated after a tenant smoking while on oxygen was injured when a fire broke out.
Franciscan Villa is operated by The Kitchen.
