A Taney County Prosecutor has dropped most of the charges against a Spokane High School graduate in a sexual assault case.
Police say Chandler Brown and another teenager restrained a fellow classmate inside the dugout at Spokane High School’s baseball field and sexually assaulted him.
The Taney County Prosecutor handled the case out of Christian County.
Chandler Brown has pleaded guilty to a disturbing the peace charge instead.
