Springfield Police say one person is in custody after a standoff Tuesday morning at a home in the 800-block of south Grant.

It happened around noon.

Police say the suspect was wanted for firing at a vehicle around 7:45 a.m. at nearby Hawthorn Park.

Nobody was hurt in the shooting.
