A man has been charged with first degree burglary and armed criminal action after shooting through the front door of a church in Rolla.
The Rolla Police Department says Taylor Bell, 26, was caught on camera by the Greentree Christian Church, where a large window in the front door was shot out.
He was arrested at his home Saturday after a two hour standoff.
He’s now being held at the Phelps County jail.
