A Springfield man faces at least 15 years in prison after being charged with three felonies.
Police say that they raided the house of 40 year old Nicholas Erickson and found over 60 photos of child porn. They say that they also found text and chat messages that Erickson exchanged with a 15 year old girl in another state including plans to get married on her 18th birthday.
Erickson allegedly reached out to the victim and told her to delete the messages.
He is currently held in Greene County Jail on 200,000 bond.
Possession of child pornography in Missouri carries a possible 15 year prison sentence.
