A woman has been arrested after allegedly trying to kidnap a 15 year old and his mother in New Orleans.
Authorities accuse Harley Himber, 23, of posing as a secret service agent and attempting to coerce a mother and her 15 year old son to get into her car.
When they did not, she followed them and rear-ended their vehicle before acting “irrational.” She faces a plethora of charges including driving while intoxicated and simple kidnapping.
