Search teams have recovered the body of a second kayaker who went missing Wednesday after capsizing on Bull Creek near Walnut Shade.

Crews managed to recover Scott Puckett from Forsyth.

The body of Alex Ekern was recovered Thursday.

A third kayaker survived by grabbing onto a tree, then calling 911.

Western Taney County firefighters say the men went kayaking Wednesday and capsized almost immediately.

They were not wearing life jackets.
