The Camden County Sheriff’s Office has issued an endangered person advisory for a woman from Camdenton.
The highway patrol says Elizabeth Stump was last seen driving a silver KIA Optima with a New Mexico license plate reading N D P 883, the vehicle also has a zip tie holding the license plate in place.
Troopers say Stump is non-verbal due to suffering a stroke and is also an insulin dependent diabetic.
Her phone was pinged in the Springfield area around midnight Sunday.

Elizabeth D Stump a white, female, age 57
Vehicle Information:
unknown color, 2008 Kia Optima, New Mexico registration NDP883, last seen unknown direction. The vehicle has a zip tie holding the license plate in place.
The endangered missing person:
Elizabeth D Stump, is a white, female, age 57, hgt 5 feet 3 inches, 235 pounds lbs, gray hair, brown eyes, NA complexion, with NA, wearing green shirt and green pants.

Stump is non-verbal due to suffering and stroke and is also an insulin dependent diabetic. She is without her medication. She texted a family and is possibly suicidal. Phone ping indicated she was in the Springfield area around midnight on April 28, 2019.
