Severe Storms moved through the KTTS listening area from midnight through 2am on Thursday.

We had reports of golf-ball sized hail and tree limbs blown down north-east of Joplin. Power lines in the north Joplin metro were also blown down.

Also, a firefighter reported a tornado touch down near Purcell, north of Joplin, with one building damaged.

Reports from Jasper say two large machine sheds were destroyed.

The storm moved into Greene county with winds up to 76-miles an hour between Springfield and Willard.
