Vonage offering customer refunds

Internet phone service provider Vonage has agreed to change the way it does business in Missouri. The Attorney General says the company has reached a nationwide settlement that calls for refunds to customers who wanted to cancel their service but found it nearly impossible. Vonage has also agreed to do a better job of explaining money back guarantees, limited time offers, and free services.
