A woman from Bull Shoals, and her unnamed co-defendant, is facing charges having to do with a drug overdose that killed a man in the Midway area. The Baxter County Sheriff says Ruby Daniels turned herself in on a warrant of delivery of a controlled substance, and was released on a five-thousand dollar bond. Daniels is charged with selling 8 Fentanyl patches to her co-defendant, who then gave them to the man who overdosed on them. Daniels will be back in court on July 24th.
