Calling it a shame, Greene County Commissioners signed a court order today which gives them some legal leverage when it comes to disruptive people showing up at public hearings. Presiding Commissioner Dave Coonrod says there hasn't been a big incident here, but other incidents across the U-S made local leaders take a closer look at safety. Coonrod says that means people could be asked to leave and not come back, or even be banned all together if they create problems. Coonrod says if grant money is approved, security could be tightened at the old courthhouse. He says you could be greeted by a metal detector and an x-ray machine later this year. updated 1:46pm 6/2/08
