Its been another good year at the states unclaimed property division. State Treasurer Sara Steelman says more than $32 million worth of cash and merchandise has been returned to the rightful owners. Items found in abandoned safe deposit boxes are held for two years, then sold at auction, proceeds are then held until the rightful owners can claim them.
