Update: Fair Play Man Dies In ATV Crash

The Highway Patrol says a man from Indiana who ran cars off of I-44 appears to have been on drugs. Five drivers were clipped. One of those who ended up in the median cables was Springfield State Representative Eric Burlison. Click here for more
A 50 year-old man from Fair Play was killed in an ATV crash early this morning.
The highway Patrol says Martin Tindle was traveling on private property near Highway K, just south of Seymour and was thrown from his ATV.
This is troop D's 6th fatal crash and the 1st for the month of February.
