Cattle Farmers Hope New Website Will Bring Theft Down
Missouri Cattle farmers hope a new website will help reduce the problem of cattle theft in the state.
The Department of Agriculture says the online site will give access to all registered brands in Missouri.
In Greene county alone, there's been 11 cases of stolen cattle worth nearly $100,000. Currently the state has no law that requires you to brand your cattle.
