St.Louis Public Defenders Office Could Close

The prosecutor in St.Louis County is calling for a performance audit of the public defenders system.  That after learning that public defenders in St.Louis County may soon have to refuse to take new criminal cases.  Public defenders offices in Springfield and Troy have already stopped taking new cases.
