Ozarks Mayor In Legal Trouble

The Mayor of Dadeville is in trouble again. Like before, it involves charges of sexual misconduct. Not in Dade County, but in St.Charles County. Earlier this week, A Dade County Judge, citing lack of evidence, dropped charges against 63 year old James Toler. Toler was charged in St.Charles County after an investigation by a cyber crimes task force in Northern Missouri.Toler is charged with misconduct with a child under 15 and child enticement. The new charges,like before,allegedly occurred online.
