Grand Palace Taking Branson to Court

After being denied the permit for an outdoor show at the Grand Palace in Branson, the attorney representing promoters of a concert by rap singer Nelly have decided to take the issue to court.Anissa Bluebaum hopes a judge can hear the request next week. The city of Branson has denied the special use permit twice, the latest rejection came at a Special meeting on Monday night. Renovation continues inside the Grand Palace but project managers say the theatre will not be ready in time for an August 21st concert.
