Ozarks Food Harvest is getting a million dollars over the next two years from the Missouri Foundation for Health.
Ozarks Food Harvest spokeswoman Denise Gipson tells KTTS News,a bunch of the money will be granted out to other food banks in some of the small towns across the Ozarks to help them succeed. They can buy thing like refrigerators and freezers.
Money will also be used to buy a new truck and trailer so more food can be delivered to those small pantries.
