Arkansas House May Legalize Ticket Scalping
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas House is set to vote on a proposal to legalize the scalping of concert tickets.
Lawmakers today are expected to vote on a bill that would allow the resale of concert tickets at a price higher than face value.
Representative Douglas House, the bill's sponsor, says the state should embrace ticket scalping based on free-market principles.
