Video: MoDOT Issues "No Travel" Advisory

MoDOT is urging travelers to stay off roads as the latest winter storm hits the state.
They have issued a no travel advisory due to heavy snow and strong winds.
Some areas to the north of Springfield could see more than a foot of snow.
If you do have to go out, remember to keep an emergency kit with extra food, water, a flash light and blanket with you.
