Springfield City Council Approves Walmart Rezoning 5-4

Springfield City Council has voted 5-4 to approve the zoning change for the proposed Walmart Neighborhood Market at Campbell and Grand in Springfield.
Bailes, Burlison, Carroll and Rushefsky voted against the change.
