Scattered Power Outages in The Ozarks
Less freezing rain and more sleet limited the number of power outages so far from the winter storm that is moving through the Ozarks.
Empire reported almost a hundred outages early this morning but are now reporting that those folks are back online.
In Springfield, City Utilities reports that just a handful of customers are without power.
