Two Kids Hit By Car In North Springfield

A driver in north Springfield says he didn't see a pair of kids crossing the street until after he hit them.
Police say the children are 8 and 12. They're being treated for non life-threatening injuries.
Officers say the driver was making a turn at High and Grant when he struck the kids.
Investigators say it's too early to know if charges will be filed.
