Fire Destroys Home Near Walnut Grove

A home near Walnut Grove has been destroyed, and crews from several departments spent most of the morning hours bringing the fire under control and putting out hot spots at the home off Farm Road 34.
Because of its rural location, crews had to use tankers to shuttle water to and from the site.
Nobody was hurt.
The cause is under investigation.
