Ozark Fire Protection District Approves Tax Levy For April 2nd Ballot
Voters in the Ozark Fire Protection District will be asked in April to approvve a 25 cent property tax levy increase.
The board wants to see the levy go from the current 38 cents to 63 cents per $100 of assessed valuation.
On a home assessed at $100,000 that would mean an increase of $47.50 in property taxes per year.
