Nixon To Speak At MSU Today
Performance based funding and making colleges and universities better will be on Governor Nixon's mind when he takes to the podium at MSU this morning.
Colleges and universities could receive more money if they meet certain criteria.
Nixon has proposed a $34 million increase in higher education through his performance based funding model.
The governor will go into details at the Plaster Student Union at 10:15 a.m.
