Double Homicide Near Boys Home Making Neighbors Uneasy

Neighbors say they're uneasy after a pair of runaway teens were accused in a double murder near Lampe on Thursday.
Deputies in Stone County say two boys, 15 and 16, were squatting in a home next to Paul and Margaret Brooks for several days before the couple was killed. The teenagers ran off from the Lives Under Construction boys ranch, where many of the at-risk kids have juvenile criminal records.
Neighbors say they were never told about any runaways and say that needs to change. LUC has made no comment on the case.
