The Springfield Cardinals will be represented in the Super Bowl today but it's not because of baseball.
Batting coach Phillip Wellman is one of the stars of a Volkswagen commercial.
It all came together because of his overnight stardom on YouTube five years ago when he was coaching another team. Wellman had some strong reactions to a call including stealing the bases before running around the field.
