A deadly crash in Cedar county has killed a 62 year-old woman from El Dorado Springs.
Troopers say Mona Purtle lost control of her car on the icy road and crossed the center line hitting another car on Highway 32 just west of Stockton.
She was not wearing a seatbelt.
