Arkansas Lawmakers Consider Tougher Abortion Law
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas Senate will consider a bill to ban most abortions if a fetal heartbeat is detected.
Senators today are slated to consider the measure that would require a test for a fetal heartbeat before an abortion.
The legislation includes exemptions for rape, incest and to save the life of the mother.
