KC Cops Investigating Road Rage Fatality
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - Kansas City police say they're investigating the death of a woman who was shot and killed during an apparent road rage incident.
Police say the woman was driving Wednesday during rush hour in midtown Kansas City when another car pulled up beside her and shots were fired into her car. The victim, whose identity has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say a woman was driving the suspect vehicle, which is described as a maroon SUV with tinted windows and no tags.
The driver's death was the seventh homicide in Kansas City since Monday and the third on Wednesday.
