Update:Record High Temps In Springfield & Joplin
If you've been outside much today, you know it's getting warm, and in at least one town in the Ozarks, a record has already fallen.
When Joplin hit 69 degrees this morning, it broke the old high of 68 last set in 2002.
At mid afternoon Springfield's temperature hit 73 degrees. The previous record was 72, also achieved 11 years ago.
